1. Masonry of blast furnace vertical pipes:


(1) Construction sequence:


Refractory concrete construction at the bottom of the riser → scaffolding → spray paint construction on the pipe wall → masonry of the riser large wall → masonry of the vault.


(2) The elevation of the bricklaying center of the hot blast outlet pipe shall be the reference height of bricklaying for the furnace wall.


Mark the center line of the cross on the spray coating layer, and place a line on the concrete surface with the center point as the center for furnace wall masonry. The vertical wall is composed of high-aluminum insulation bricks, high-alumina bricks, and aluminum silicate cotton blankets.


(3) The large straight wall of the vault is composed of high alumina bricks, light high alumina bricks, aluminum silicate cotton blanket and calcium silicate board. Determine the bricklaying center by measuring the inner diameter of the hot air inlet pipe according to the spraying center. First construct the hot air inlet composite bricks, and then build the bricks to both sides. The lower half-ring bricklaying uses the center tube and wheel rods to measure and adjust the inner diameter for masonry, and the upper half-ring supports arch tires for masonry.


(4) The masonry of the vault is erected according to the cross center line of the vault, and the center pipe is erected, and the masonry is processed by drawing lines one by one using the rotating template.

2. Masonry of blast furnace hot air pipes and surrounding pipes:


(1) Construction sequence:


Measurement→pipe shell spray coating construction→pipe masonry.


(2) Measure the horizontal and vertical centerline in the hot air tube shell and mark it on the furnace shell, install and support the centerline bracket and wheel rod.


(3) Pipe and shell spray coating construction:


1) The spraying sequence of the shell and tube can be from top to bottom, first spraying the semicircle, and then spraying the semicircle, and the same can be done from bottom to top.


2) When spraying, the spray gun should be perpendicular to the spray surface, the distance is about 1m, the spray gun should be spiral and the moving speed should be moderate and stable. The spraying thickness should be in accordance with the design requirements and the application should be uniform.


3) The thickness of the spray coating layer should exceed the design requirements by 2~5mm. The surface of the spray coating layer should be inspected with a center wheel rod and leveled with a plastering iron plate.


4) The water consumption should be strictly controlled during the mixing and spraying process, the stirring should be uniform, and the spraying air pressure should be stable.


5) The spraying should be applied in segments and continuously. The upper and lower spray coatings connected by the expansion joint should be sprayed. When the next segment is constructed, the rebound material and residual debris should be removed from the anchor for the previous segment of spraying construction, and then continue spraying construction .


6) Clean up the sprayer mixer when the machine is stopped for feeding.


7) The rebound material shall not be reused.


(4) Pipeline masonry:


1) The center wheel rod is used to adjust and control the masonry radius for the lower semicircle construction.


a. When building, start from the side line of the hot air valve and proceed toward the main pipeline. The main pipeline is built longitudinally from the branch pipe to both ends.


b. Protect the reserved expansion joints after the lower semicircle bricks are built.


2) The upper semicircle supports arch tire masonry.


a. The upper part of the door is closed at the manhole. If there is no additional manhole, the inlet should be reserved at the upper part of the tube shell, and the door should be closed at the inlet.


b. Lay high aluminum bricks in the upper semicircle first, pre-place the bricks on both sides of the arch tire at the beginning, adjust and confirm the radius and surface neatness, and build the bricks from both sides synchronously after passing.


c. After the high-alumina brick masonry is completed, remove the arch tires and check the masonry quality. Only after qualified, can the light-weight high-alumina brick masonry construction of the upper ring be carried out.


3. Construction of blast furnace ascending and descending pipes:


During the construction of the ascending and descending pipes, scaffolding should be erected first, and then the coating should be sprayed. The spraying should be carried out from top to bottom. The spraying quality should be according to the design requirements, the thickness should be uniform, and the construction speed should be moderate and stable.


Before spraying, a test spray should be carried out, and the water consumption of the nozzle valve and the mixing ratio of material and water should be adjusted to ensure the quality of the spray coating. Spraying should be applied in stages and sprayed continuously. If spraying is interrupted, make joint treatment for sprayed layer.


If the construction is interrupted, the junction should be made straight to facilitate the connection of new and old materials. When re-spraying, spray water to wet the junction.


The thickness of the spray coating layer should be checked and confirmed many times, and the surface of the material layer can be finished and trimmed for its flatness.
